Request for Proposals: Website Redesign and Development
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS — WEBSITE REDESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT — COUNTY OF LEE, VIRGINIA — September 21, 2026
The County of Lee, Virginia is now soliciting proposals from interested and qualified firms or individuals to provide website redesign and development services. The full Request for Proposal is available on the county website www.leecova.com or by contacting Jerrica Eldridge-Carter, Purchasing Clerk, at (276) 346-7714. Sealed proposals are due in the County Administrator’s Office no later than 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 15, 2026. Firms or individuals submitting proposals must meet the minimum qualifications and criteria as described herein. Selection will be made on the basis of the proposal that best meets the needs of the county. In making its selection, the county will consider price; however, it will not be the sole determining factor.

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), together with the Virginia Strategic Highway Safety Plan (SHSP) Steering Committee, is seeking public input to help update Virginia’s 2027-2031 SHSP plan. To ensure we hear from a broad and diverse group of Virginians, we are asking for your help in sharing the Virginia 2026 Roadway Safety Survey through your organization’s communication channels, networks, newsletters, websites, and stakeholder groups.

As-needed services: well repair and maintenance
The County of Lee, Virginia is seeking services on an as-needed basis for residential wells located in close proximity to the Lee County Transfer Station in Jonesville, VA. Services may include pump repair and/or replacement, as well as other maintenance. Qualified and interested entities can submit a statement to the Lee County Administrator’s Office, Room 111, Lee County Courthouse, P.O. Box 367, Jonesville, VA 24263.
